What we install

Players arrive already knowing the install. Coaches stop reteaching and start coaching. One view of what every player owns and what is still open. 2 openings

E1 + CLEAR Program Director

One role. Both systems.

What you'll do

Onboard college and pro organizations onto E1 and CLEAR. Run reads and E1 Reports. Lead CLEAR installs and set the standard with staffs. Train coaches to run it themselves. Lead calls and weekly updates with staffs. Support player pathways as needed.

The outcome you own

Every organization you onboard has players who arrive knowing the install, a staff aligned on one standard, and one clear view of what every player owns.

Preferred

Player development staff. Directors of football ops. Former college athletes. Coaches and staff leaders. Any sport, men's or women's.

Remote. Travel when needed. Background check required.

3 openings: West, Central, East

Regional Sales Director

Own your region.

What you'll do

Build relationships with college and pro programs in your region. Lead the first conversation. Close the deal. Hand off to our program directors.

The outcome you own

New programs in your region running E1 and CLEAR, and relationships that renew every year.

Preferred

Former college athletes. Player development staff. Compliance staff. Athletic directors. Coaches (recommended, not required). Any sport, men's or women's.

Pay

Commission based. Paid on every deal you close. No cap.

Details

Remote. Travel when needed. Current school or athletic department staff may not represent us to their own institution.

Intern

Learn it from the inside.

What you'll do

Research programs and staffs. Support onboarding for new organizations. Content and outreach. Learn the E1 and CLEAR systems.

The outcome you own

Real experience inside player development and sports business, and a working knowledge of the E1 and CLEAR systems.

Preferred

Sport management students. Current and former athletes. Business and marketing students.
